Memo ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Memo mobile application and website (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

The following data may be collected and linked to your identity. This matches the privacy disclosures shown on Memo's App Store listing.

Contact Info

• Name — Used for App Functionality. Linked to the user's identity.
• Email Address — Used for App Functionality. Linked to the user's identity.

User Content

• Photos or Videos — Used for App Functionality. Linked to the user's identity.
• Audio Data — Used for App Functionality. Linked to the user's identity.

Identifiers

• User ID — Used for App Functionality. Linked to the user's identity.
• Device ID — Used for App Functionality. Linked to the user's identity.

Usage Data

• Product Interaction — Used for App Functionality and Analytics. Linked to the user's identity.
• Other Usage Data — Used for Analytics. Linked to the user's identity.

Diagnostics

• Crash Data — Used for App Functionality. Linked to the user's identity.

How we use information

• To operate the Service — deliver your photos to your groups and generate the nightly 9 PM recap.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

Content you post is visible only to members of the groups you create or join. We do not sell your personal data. We do not show advertising. We share data only with service providers required to run the app (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery), and only as needed.

Data retention

We keep your content as long as your account is active. You can delete a post, leave a group, or delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. Deletion removes your content from our systems within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at jadynbaker@memosocialspace.com. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under local privacy laws.

Children

Memo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
