How big can a group be?

Groups are capped at 10 members on purpose. Memo is designed for your closest circle, not a feed full of strangers.

Why can I only see one photo in the feed?

Only the most recent post from your group is visible during the day. Everything else stays hidden until the nightly recap unlocks at 9 PM local time.

What time does the recap unlock?

Every night at 9:00 PM in your local timezone, your group's recap goes live with every photo and video from the day, all at once.

Can I see old recaps?

Yes. Every past recap is saved to your group's archive and replayable any time.

How do I delete a post or my account?

Tap any post you've shared to delete it. To delete your account, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your content is removed from our systems within 30 days.

How do I report a user or content?

Tap the menu on any post or profile and choose "Report". We review every report within 24 hours and take action including content removal and user bans.
