Welcome to Memo. By creating an account or using the Memo mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Memo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We follow Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, including zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you post. You grant Memo a limited license to store and display your content to the group members you choose to share it with, solely to operate the Service.

Reporting and moderation

You can report objectionable content or abusive users directly from the app. We review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and banning users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
